INTENTION OF THE HIJACKERS IS UNKNOWN. 2. THE SILVER MED WAS SIGHTED IN SINGAPORE TERRITORIAL WATERS AT ANCHOR OFF SULTAN SHOAL ON 28 SEPTEMBER 1
