A few hours after reaching it's anchorage, the British-registered yacht Renalo was boarded by a group of men, one armed with a pistol, from a small motorboat. THE HYDROFOILS SVALAN AND TARNAN SANK IN PORT OF MESSINA AFTER TWO EXPLOSIONS. A MAGNETIC DEVICE, THOUGHT TO BE A BOMB, WAS FOUND ATTACHED TO THE KEEL OF ONE OF THE VESSELS, ALONG WITH A LARGE HOLE IN HER HULL.
