QATAR (UAE): Three fishing vessels attacked and robbed a few days prior to 4 Jul, about 40 NM from Ruweis. In a newspaper interview, fishermen from Al Khor said sea pirates attacked their vessels and got away with their entire catch and valuables, including mobile phones and computers. According to the fishermen, the pirates came in three groups, each consisting of at least four members each. The incident was reported to the Coastguard.
