About OSCAR V. PETERSON

USNS Oscar V. Peterson (T-AO-206) is the second of the John Lewis class of underway replenishment oilers, operated by the Military Sealift Command (MSC) to support ships of the United States Navy. Peterson, a Medal of Honor recipient who died after the attack on USS Neosho during the Battle of the Coral Sea in World War II.
